We Had a lovely Lunch at my folks today :D Lots to eat and Of course lots of Wonderful displays, My mom is such a little decorator she makes every holiday special.  We had lots of Yummy Food and some delicious homemade cookies.. My mom EVEN made Cookies for my Dolls ;) She is soo very thoughtful!

Today I had a strange turn of events when I accidentally put two eyes from Two different dolls into my One custom that I am working on. Although the outcome is quite quirky and hilarious it wasnt quite what JennyCouture & I had in mind for our Joint Custom. So Needless to say I made more work for myself and decided maybe today I put the doll down and step away.

WOW I cant believe its April already!! Where in the world does time go lately?

Ok well the next few weeks should be busy, I have custom commissions coming in from 3 people so I will get working on them in the order they arrive.  I am also working on a Joint Project between myself and JennyCouture :) I cant wait to get started and see what our Joint Doll will look like! Once completed she will be up for adoption and hopefully will help me get to see Jenny this year!

Its FINALLY nice on a Saturday so I could get some painting done start to finish! So I finally painted Cybermelli's Bella.  I think she turned out pretty nice but wont know the outcome til her owner loves her too :D

Now Onto fixing Sewpixie's girl and FINALLY getting one of my customs out for sale! Stay tuned ....

Thanks so much to Daisy Plus Three who sent me her Fruit Punch to customize.  I think she turned out so pretty and hope Daisy is as thrilled as I am with the results :D It was a very productive weekend so YAY for that!

Thanks to the Wonderful Sheila from the UK I recently Acquired my First Vintage 1972 Kenner.  She is a redhead sidepart and for being 37 years old she is in some AMAZING shape! I am soo lucky to have such wonderful contacts on Flickr! I had the Kenner fever bad and i am hoping this dollie whom I named Francesca Adair will soothe those needs!

Its been a good week!  And I have gotten some custom work done so today is all about finishing them and putting them back together :D Next up a custom I am making so sell! Stay Tuned!

Its been a Busy weekend with lots to do to finish up the Studio.  I was hoping to get a couple of customs dolls finished as well but with the Surprise of being out on the town for Valentine's day I really havent managed to get as much done as I had hoped!

I did dye some hairs and started to cut them but the makeup hasn't been started yet so no pictures I will however get on it as soon as I can make some space in my work area! It really gets messy quick!  Just wanted to keep you all updated in case you are wondering where I am in regards to your custom work! Dont worry it IS a priority ;)

Thanks To Greta Believing in me I did my First Hujoo faceup this weekend.  I actually tried a few times because I kept making her just a bit too silly. Finally settled on something simple and I think it suited her perfectly.  I think she is lovely if I do say so myself lol

It was a WHIRLWIND weekend and I just didnt have enough time to get everything done so I am sure this week will be PLENTY Busy :) Hope its a good week so I can quit being under soo much stress ;)

Right at the first of the year Nanette headed over to Europe to get some time away from me! 366 days last year of Nanette really wore us both out!

She is currently enjoying all the snow and EVEN got to do a little skiing, I am not sure she spent much time actually skiing since she seems to have taken quite a few tumbles!

Its day 26 of her being away from home and I am starting to miss her! I sure hope she decides to come back soon!
